This cast iron table sealant and bit and cutting blade lubricant reduces sliding friction and hang-ups. Repels moisture and dirt and inhibits rust while preventing resin build-up. Out performs paste wax and contains no silicone or CFC's.

Aside from the Amazon source, you can also buy it from the Slipit website. Around the house we use it to cure sticky windows, to protect tools, on snowshovels and mower and saw blades, and even on squeeky hinges. I seldom rave about a product but Slipit is an excellent multi-purpose lubricant that I've used on any combo of metal, plastic, and wood. It's not really available in many retail stores. We use it on our sailboat to protect stainless and lubricate the sailtrack. While the spray options are convenient we prefer to take the extra time to use the gel form. It does cost a little more but I think its worth it. I saw it used on one of the "This Old House-type" programs.
